vpsfast.net.br doing scam, sometimes they charged extra from the card and then when ask for the refund. They will simple add the credits. After buying the server with the credits, server didn't deployed automatically + they are not even replying to my tickets: #5407718#2290982. The tickets are opened from 17th august, 2023 but no reply at all.Poor technical support + scammers.
Simply scammers.Below is my experience:1. I paid for the purchase of a Maltese vps. After making the payment they told me that this vps is not available, and they don't even want me to get a refund.2. when the payment is made, on their site it appears that the payment was not successful. It follows that I made the payment again, only to discover that I had paid twice.3. They won't refund me the duplicate payment.-Review update, after vpsfast's response here on trustpilot:It hasn't been 3 business days, but it's been over 3 months and I still haven't received a refund. Scammers-New update following vpsfast's new nonsensical response.1. Only after I paid did you tell me that the service was not available.What a waiting list, if you sell me something you don't have at least you should refund me.2. False. I made the request more than three months ago. To date I still have not received 1 euro.3. I don't need meaningless answers from your customer service. I simply need my money back.In short, as well as scammers, you are also liars (and low level).
